cannot install

I tried to install it but it request password I tried to retrive the password by sending empty email to the email address give to me but I failed so please support me by install password.

Cannot install.

I couldn't Install the application, because it is asking for a password, I have followed the link provided by the setup program, but I couldn't get any thing, also I sent an email to company to get a password ( AS MENTIONED), but without any reply.
If you can help me with this, it will be highly appreciated.
